This villa is located on the southern sunny side of Hvar and offers an astonishing panoramic sea view and the view of nearby islands. This Villa is a traditional stone villa built in the 1930es. It sits on a property of over 3000 m2 with a wide range of facilities. The entire property is private with no neighbors overlooking, ideal for those who want 100% privacy. There is a playground for children with a variety of fun facilities. The highlight of the villa is definitely the terrace and pool area. There is a sun deck furnished with beach chairs where you can relax after swimming in the infinity swimming pool which has also a built-in jacuzzi. There is also a barbecue for preparing and enjoying meals on the porch with the dining area. The whole area is surrounded by rich Mediterranean vegetation and olive groves. This villa has 7 bedrooms where each of which has a king-size bed >180cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a beautiful sea view. There are also 3 living rooms and 3 fully equipped kitchens. The whole villa is rustical and has an authentic Dalmatian look and equipment. On request, we can arrange a lot of services with a surcharge like a chef, babysitter, ironing, laundry, and many other services. We also offer different types of transport like airport transfer or car rental. The crystal clear sea and the local beach can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
