There are seven luxurious guest suites located between the home’s three spacious levels. Each room has a balcony terrace or patio, luxury bedding and linens, smart tv with cable, hangers, clothes hamper and private bathroom. . House rules
A separate fully refunded deposit will be collected after the reservation is secured.
Additional fees: pet, pool heating, early check-in, late check-out, etc.
Other Things To Note:
- Tenant understands there will be NO gatherings over 10/12 people without written permission of owner or property manager.
- The noise level should be at a reasonable level at all times, as to not disturb the neighbors.
- All noise needs to be turned down after 10 PM (quiet hours start at 9 PM enforced by the City of LA)
- NO smoking of any kind indoors.
- The property will be treated with great respect and all furniture and furnishings will remain in the current state and condition they are in today. No furniture or furnishings to be removed from the property without written permission of owner or property manager.
- No ILLEGAL activities inside home or on property lines.
- No firearms of any kind.
- No illegal drugs of any kind.
- No subletting of any kind.
- The booking and it’s guests must be contained to property, no excessive loitering on street or outdoor.
