Wake up to the sounds of the jungle and enjoy breathtaking views from every room, including the expansive terraces. Each of the four bedrooms boasts modern, contemporary design and features comfortable beds with high-quality linens. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a king-size bed, a dedicated workspace, a television, and an en-suite bathroom. Two upstairs bedrooms, each with stunning views, feature either a king-size bed or a combination of king and twin beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom, conveniently located near the pool, offers a queen-size bed.
The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, including a coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (we recommend bringing your preferred pods as they may be limited locally). The spacious living area seamlessly flows to the outdoor terrace, where you can enjoy al fresco dining at the glass dining table, which comfortably seats eight.
The centerpiece of the villa is the stunning infinity pool, offering breathtaking ocean vistas. Relax on the comfortable lounge chairs or the large bean-bag loungers while enjoying the panoramic views. You’ll be about 15 minutes from the nearest beach, and in fact there are three to choose from very close by (Playa Potrero, Playa Penca and Playa Prieta). To the north, it’s a short drive to Las Catalinas, an extraordinary community that looks like a classic Mediterranean village, with car-free streets made of paving stones.
To the south lies the delightful community of Surfside, where a main street just three blocks long is lined with restaurants, bars, shops, a grocery store, a pharmacy and even a sailing center with a beachfront restaurant and pool.
Beyond Surfside likes Flamingo, where you’ll want to visit the new Marina Flamingo. It’s bristling with yachts and other boats offering fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling and sunset cruises.

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
