This villa is your glimpse of luxurious tropical living. The absolute beachfront, four-bedroom villa is showcased in six separate pavilions that line the villa’s central pathway. Each bedroom rests within its own standalone pavilion, while the two other pavilions house the living and dining areas as well as the kitchen.

There’s a shady sala relaxation pavilion at the end of the stunning, 12-metre, blue-tiled infinity pool, which is bordered by a grass lawn, and a sun-deck furnished with modern loungers. From here, stairs lead down to the private gated entrance to the beach.

This villa presents a predominantly white and teakwood decor inspired by beachside living along with accents of traditional Thai aesthetics. The separate pavilions allow you to escape to enjoy some private me-time whenever needed.

Furnished with a large sofa and equipped with a Smart TV, the living room is linked to the poolside deck and sea views by foldaway doors for a seamless indoor-outdoor living effect. The doors can be closed for air-conditioned comfort. The adjoining dining area is connected by a tranquil water feature and extends into a well-equipped western style kitchen. A second outdoor Thai-style service kitchen is located off the main fitted kitchen and is ideal for BBQs and wok-fried Oriental dishes.

The villa's four ensuite air-conditioned bedrooms are comfortable, private, light and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows that invite the natural light to stream in and allow for easy access to the garden. There are three guest bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with twin beds. The ensuite bathrooms all include large walk-in showers, while the master bedroom suite features a luxurious soaking tub set on a wooden platform. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet service is provided throughout the estate, which also has a back-up generator.

Child Policy and Extra Bedding
A complimentary baby cot and high chair is available at the villa.
An additional baby cot is charged at USD $10++ per unit per day and an additional high chair is charged at USD $5++ per unit per day.
Babysitting service available on request at extra charge.
Children under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.
Extra bed is available at USD $50++ per person per night. Only two (2) additional beds can be arranged for this property.
Rates quoted refer to the maximum occupancy of the villa, as shown in the provided publication and invoice. The number of persons (adults and children) staying at the property must not exceed the maximum number of sleeping places indicated in the booking confirmation and reservation voucher, unless specifically authorised in writing. Exceeding the number may invalidate any insurance policy on the Property. Entry or access to the Property may be refused or limited where the number of guests exceeds the stated requirement.
