The kitchen, featuring a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, and a convenient bread oven, is well-equipped for preparing meals. A spacious dining table crafted from guanacaste wood can comfortably seat eight guests. A delightful terrace opens onto the lush garden and pool area, complete with comfortable poolside furniture, a shade-providing umbrella, and a rancho equipped with a barbecue and a round granite table that accommodates eight. This 8,000-meter property, located 150 meters east of the public school, provides frequent sightings of local wildlife such as monkeys, birds, iguanas, and squirrels. The property is securely fenced and gated, with a dedicated gardener maintaining the grounds daily from 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. A laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink is conveniently located on-site, and ample parking is available.

Potrero is a delightful beach town with a traditional Costa Rica downtown featuring a soccer field, church and school. This downtown, just one block from the beach, has convenience stores, coffee shops, barber shops and other conveniences.

Potrero is centrally located between Las Catalinas and Flamingo on a coastline bristling with multiple beaches. It’s a short drive to the new Marina Flamingo, which has 92 slips for boats and a high-end commercial plaza with restaurants and shops.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
