The two bedrooms are on the ground floor and three on the upper floor. One bedroom is wheelchair accessible. The four bedrooms have double beds and one bedroom has twin beds. Baby cot is available upon request. Futhermore, on the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining area and the living room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and fireplace.

The kitchen is equipped with large refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, blender, ketle and coffe maker. You can also enjoy the meals at the  alfresco dining table and prepar some great meat or fish specialties on the large wood fire barbecue. The outdoor pool has a surface of 64 square meters. Heating of the pool is available at additonal cost. The sun beds are neatly arranged by the pool, and there are parasoils provided. So you can soak up the sun or relax in shade. Also, at this property pets are welcome. The prior notice is needed. Free Wi Fi is avaialble. The heating and air-conditioning is avaialble in all bedrooms and living areas. Washing machine is available for use, and the laundry service is available at extra cost. This unique Istrian vacaton home is a bit tucked away and thus, it offers great privacy.

The nearest coffee bar is 7 km away, and the large grocery store and restaurants are in Vodnjan, 10 minute driving distance from the villa. The closest beach is 15 km away in Duga Uvala bay, on the eastern coast of Istria. Beaches in Fazana and Peroj are 20 km away. At the villa you will find Play Station, trampoline, darts and table tennis for the entertainment. Many options for sports are avaiable in a short distance by car.
