Conveniently located just 5 minutes from the Marina and a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minutes by golf cart to the private beach, Playa Minitas, this villa is also in close proximity to Altos de Chavon.

The social areas of this luxury villa consist of a spacious indoor living room that opens up to a covered veranda with three different sitting areas where you can enjoy the breathtaking views, read, or have cocktails prepared and served by our professional staff. The exterior dining area on the terrace, which offers views of the garden and ocean, has two tables that can each seat up to eight people. The gazebo is a versatile space that can be used for outdoor dining, playing cards, having tea, and more. If needed, the table in the gazebo can be brought in to accommodate up to 24 guests. There is also a bathroom below the gazebo that serves the pool area.

All of the bedrooms in this luxury villa have en suite bathrooms, air conditioning, cable television with both national and international channels, a telephone for calling within the villa to both staff and other guest rooms, walk-in closets, and a safe. The master suite and one other bedroom have king size beds, while the remaining bedrooms each have two queen size beds. All of the bathrooms have showers, bathtubs, hair dryers, and magnifying mirrors. Two of the bathrooms even include Jacuzzis. Laundry service is also available for added convenience.
