===== Exterior ===== Mulino di Amarrante is a charming stone house in Montaione. Originally this building was a mill that served the village. The property is extensive and includes a swimming pool for exclusive use, a soccer field, and a nature trail along the stream that runs alongside the property. Il Mulino di Amarrante is a peaceful oasis where you can relax and experience a true Tuscan vacation. With its ample space and sleeping arrangements, this house is ideal for a family vacation or a stay with friends. Until June 2024, the cottage adjacent to the main house is occupied by people from outside the property. The photo gallery is provisional as maintenance work on the property is underway with furniture renovation to be completed in mid-April. ===== Interior ===== Il Mulino di Amarrante consists of a suite with two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower on the ground floor. Access to the main building is either from the ground floor from the kitchen or from the living room on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen/dining room with barbecue, induction hob, sink, dishwasher and fridge, from the kitchen there is access to the laundry room where there is a washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen there is access to the large living room with sofas, smart TV where the floor of the house with study (with sofa bed and work area), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. The hallway between the two bedrooms leads to the turret on the second floor, where there is a large bedroom with king-size bed and a smaller bedroom with a French bed and a bathroom with shower. Externally the house offers: a pizza oven, a barbecue, an equipped pergola and a swimming pool area (totally fenced in and furnished with sunbeds and deckchairs. The Mill includes a large outdoor area where there is a small football field and swings.
