The villa also boasts four spacious guest bedrooms across the property, all equipped with top-of-the-line amenities and breathtaking views from every vantage point. The indoor and outdoor dining area can seat up to 12 persons. The in-house chef is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 20% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). This will be returned in full provided there is no damage or need for deep cleaning. Curfews & Sound Restrictions - Live music and DJs permitted until 12:00 midnight - No sound systems allowed during pre-/post-events or rehearsals - Non-compliance may result in a partial or full loss of the security deposit. The following conditions apply: - A minimum of 3 villas must be booked, including the event villa and adjacent villas, to ensure privacy and operational ease. - Partial villa bookings are still subject to owner approval, based on the event size and occupancy levels during the requested period at the time of booking.
