The pool heating is included, too. By the pool, you can relax on a set of sunbeds and the outdoor lounge. There is a wood-fired grill in the garden. The living space of 136 square meters extends over 2 floors. Smart design, light colors with bold accents, modern high-quality materials, and functionality make this holiday home near Trogir extremely comfortable and cozy to stay in. On the ground floor, you will find an open-space area of 50 square meters that features a living area, a dining table, and a fully equipped kitchen. Moreover, one bedroom with a private bathroom is on this floor. The internal stairs lead to the upper floor. Here you will find 3 more bedrooms. All of them also come with double beds and private bathrooms. The Master bedroom features a balcony with a partial sea view.  A/C and heating are available in all rooms. Kitchen appliances include dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, stovetop, blender, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, and filter coffee maker. Laundry facilities include a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and drying rack. Baby cot and high chair will be provided on request. Free Wi-Fi Internet access is available indoors and outdoors. The smart TV comes with a pre-installed Netflix app. Cable television is also available. The surround sound system is integrated. At the disposal at this villa, you will get 2 bicycles.  Cycling along the coast is the perfect way to explore the surroundings. Almost next door you will find the bakery and the grocery shop. A small green market is open every morning- here you have the opportunity to buy locally grown fruits and vegetables from the local farmers The restaurants and cafe bars are available in less than a minute on foot. Since all important facilities including the beach are within short walking distance, having a car is not mandatory when staying at this villa. If you want to explore wider areas, the villa manager will help you to arrange transportation or organize a boat tour. Also, additional services such as private chef or nanny are available on request, at extra cost. This villa with heated pools is fully private and all amenities are available for guest's use only. It is open all year round, so not only in the summer months we invite you to stay with us in spring, winter on autumn season.
