This villa features a beautiful living room with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a dinner table, and a TV lounge, all opening onto the outside with a comfortable terrace, sunbeds, a pool, a lounge, and an outdoor kitchen with its BBQ, ice machine, fridge, and a wide dining table.

This villa features 8 bedrooms:

• 2 Master bedrooms, each with its King-size bed (200x200cm), its private closet, and a nice bathroom with indoor and outdoor showers.
• 2 Junior bedrooms, each with its King-size bed (200x200cm), a nice bathroom, and a TV.
• 4 Family bedrooms, each with 2 Queen-size beds (160x200cm), a nice bathroom, and a TV.

Each room is equipped with ceiling fans and A/C.

This villa is located in Hacienda Pinilla, the most exclusive and secured gated community in the area, only 1 hour's driving distance from Liberia International Airport and within 5 min driving (by golf carts) to the beach.

Hacienda Pinilla offers incredible amenities, including a tennis club, a golf course, access to the JW Marriott with its restaurants, and the beach club with fitness facilities, a pool, conference room, restaurant and bar, and a beautiful beach accessible only for Hacienda Pinilla’s owners and guests.

For surfers, there is access to Little Hawaii as well, which is a nice reef break for surfers.

This villa is perfect for families and groups of friends. Everything is fully equipped, brand-new, made with high-end furniture and appliances, and all the spaces afford every guest some privacy.

The housekeeper service is included from Monday to Saturday (except holidays).
