The villa is surrounded by a well-kept garden and, in addition to an internal courtyard sheltered from the wind, has various terraces furnished with a dining table, lounge furniture, a bistro table and sun loungers. The house extends over 2 floors. The ground floor impresses with its open plan with living area with sofas and fireplace, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with comfortable benches and rustic kitchen dining table. A staircase leads upstairs into a large anteroom, equipped as a TV lounge and work area with flat screen TV, sofas and desk. The two spacious double bedrooms and the children's room can accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. In addition, the double rooms have a sofa bed that can accommodate up to 2 additional children in the parents' room. The closest restaurant and shops are in San Marcello, 3 km away. - Outdoor: Villa Edelweiss offers its guests a large garden of over 2000 square meters completely fenced with large shaded areas where you can relax around the beautiful panoramic swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, umbrella, tables, and bench. Guests have access to a nice porch equipped for dining out and enjoying the evening breeze equipped with a charcoal barbecue. For the little ones in the garden there is a space dedicated to children's games.
