The heart of the villa is its impressive pool terrace. Surrounded by stone, it features a sun deck and opens into the lovely portico that features an outdoor living room alongside an al fresco dining room with barbecue. The entire setting gazes out over the world-class golf course nearby.

Step inside through the oversized French doors and you continue to enjoy the airy feel thanks to high ceilings and a soothing, pale palette. A formal dining room opens into a formal sitting room, and this leads to the foyer or the impressive gourmet kitchen. Upstairs is a TV room with access to the upper terrace, and it is just off the master suite.

The four bedrooms are divided between upper and lower levels. They each feature a spacious and elegantly appointed private bath, and several open directly to the upper terrace or gardens below. The master bedroom is a beautiful and oversized suite with a king bed and entertainment system. Another upper level suite features two double beds and terrace access. The remaining suites are on the main floor and feature two doubles each, with one opening to the portico.

Those staying in the lovely villa also receive the services of their own housekeeper and gardener, in addition to enjoying access to many of the resort's impressive amenities.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
Jan 6th-Dec 17th- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking. Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations 60 days prior to arrival are refundable, within 59 days or less refunds won’t apply.

Dec 18-Jan 5th and Thanksgiving Week- 50% of the total amount is required on time of booking, this amount is non refundable. Remaining 50% is due 90 days prior to arrival.

No date changes will be allowed for this season; we will only allow date changes if force majeure limits travel; this change will be valid for 11 months from the time of cancellation. No refunds will be given for seasonality rate changes

NOTE: 150 USD administration fee applies for all full refunds if payment was in wire transfer; if the payment was made by credit card a processing fee of a 4% of the paid amount will be retained.
