Live a fairy tale in a hamlet by the water? We welcome your family and friends reunions in our domain located in the Brenne Regional Natural Park. We offer to host your family reunions, meetings between friends in our domain located in the center of the Loire Valley in the Brenne Regional Natural Park. Hidden at the top of a wooded hillside overlooking the Anglin River, a carpet of greenery unfolds from the foot of the manor to the edge of the river. Take advantage of your vacation to refocus on yourself and in the heart of nature in our little corner of paradise.

The estate consists of six independent houses surrounding a manor house, each with its own private garden and unique character. The manor house offers two double bedrooms en suite with a private lounge. The entire property has been carefully renovated and decorated to embody the sophistication of the French art of living. Comfort and aesthetics are combined with antique furniture, family souvenirs and objects found in the four corners of the world. The estate can accommodate up to 28 people.

A park of 11 wooded hectares, a river, two outdoor swimming pools, two common rooms, and a private car park will allow you to live a unique moment, as if you were alone in the world. Live happily, live hidden! Le Pailler, the first common room is an interior space decorated with an open kitchen where you can organize your group meals. Its use is included in the rental price if the meals are served at the table d'hôte and at an additional cost if you wish to use it yourself.

Our estate offers many possibilities for on-site activities: Jogging on the greenway, fishing in the shade of the 400-year-old oak tree, yoga sessions on the terraces, horseback riding, canoeing expeditions on the river, or simply diving into one of the two swimming pools. There is something for everyone!

There is no shortage of attractions nearby! We are lucky to be in the Brenne Regional Natural Park, nicknamed the land of a thousand ponds, which will charm you with its natural beauty, its thousands of bodies of water and observatories of local flora and fauna, and of course the exceptional Château du Bouchet (30 km), a fortress dating from the 13th century. You will also enjoy discovering the Romanesque abbey of Saint-Savin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site (10 km), and its 11th and 12th century murals, the medieval village of Angles sur l'Anglin (15 km), the local markets of Le Blanc (10 km), the medieval town of Chauvigny (22 km), the Paleolithic sculptures of Roc aux sorciers (15 km), or the magic of the Bois aux Fées (12 km).

The property is accessed via a long bridle path lined with oak trees. Located on the border of the Berry and Poitou regions and just an hour from the Loire Valley, the secret hamlet sits atop a wooded hillside overlooking the Anglin River. Our estate is located in Ingrandes 36300.

Pets allowed: Pets are not allowed when the property is booked for a wedding.

Insurance: The client must be insured and provide proof of insurance. Any damage not covered by this guarantee remains the sole responsibility of the client and will be deducted from the deposit if it occurs.
Cancellation insurance: We strongly recommend that clients take out cancellation insurance. This guarantee provides for the reimbursement of the rent or deposits paid if you are forced to cancel.
Hen or stag parties are not permitted
Guests are required to leave the accommodation in the same condition as found upon arrival. Any additional cleaning, maintenance and/or garbage management required will be charged extra and retained from the deposit.
Cleaning of reception rooms is charged extra depending on the use made of them.
In the interest of ecological responsibility, our village has taken on an ambitious challenge: Reduce the volume of waste produced at source by setting up a mandatory system of responsible management
We fully understand that this approach may seem tedious and restrictive to you.
