This contemporary three-story mansion is hidden down a private lane just off of Mulholland Drive. The decadent living space includes two kitchens, twelve decks, three fireplaces, and two laundry spaces, making it the ideal retreat for a family reunion or retreat.

Surrounded by serene green hills, this home includes hammocks, lounge chairs, a pool, and a hot tub. Between the main house and the spacious guest home sits a sprawling patio with shaded day beds. A second patio hides, shaded under a flight of stairs is perfect for an intimate group of friends. Guests will have no shortage of outdoor dining areas, including a terrace with a grill and a lovely table, all set for alfresco dining.

Inside the main house, beautiful California architecture and design greet guests at every corner. The home is filled with vaulted ceilings and exposed beams, as well as large sliding glass doors so that sunlight pours in from every corner. Three living spaces, a large modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, and a dining area with seating for ten are spread out over two floors. Each room is decorated in its own style, from mid-century to ultra-modern. The guesthouse provides an additional kitchen, living space, dining area, two bedrooms, and laundry facilities. The entire compound also includes a ping-pong table, a media area, and a study.

The large master suite is absolutely breathtaking. It includes a fireplace, a private deck, a large TV, and a massive spa-like bathroom with views. Four of the six bedrooms include California King beds, and the remaining two have queen-sized beds. The home also includes two twin beds and three cribs for small children. All of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, and all but one include private decks. Additional sleeping quarters are available in the loft, which has two queen-sized beds.
