There are also two "snugs" for quiet reading or contemplation time. Outside, the villa has mature trees and lush gardens surrounded by stone walls for privacy. Other features include air conditioning, fast-speed broadband, security alarm, and a Sonos music system.

The designer is a yoga teacher who chose the location for its exclusive feel and phenomenal views over northern Mallorca's pristine bays. The villa offers a high degree of privacy and seclusion in a private club-like atmosphere.
