Situated on the edge of the Caribbean Sea, this luxury estate offers direct access to the beach and boasts a large private swimming pool for your guests to enjoy. The property comprises a main house with 5 bedrooms and a cottage that was added in 2014, with 3 additional bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The house is spacious and bright, with luxurious decor and every detail in pristine condition. It features two delightful sitting rooms that open onto a covered dining patio overlooking the garden and seaside of the house. The living rooms also have large flat-screen TVs for your entertainment and plush, comfortable couches to sink into.
On the ground floor, there are two air-conditioned bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, an al fresco dining area with a pool deck and entertaining areas, and a bar beside the pool perfect for pre-dinner gatherings. The master bedroom is located upstairs and boasts a luxurious canopied bed and a private sitting room/study. The upstairs rooms open to a spectacular semi-circular veranda equipped with a bar and lounge area, overlooking lush tropical gardens and the aquamarine Caribbean Sea.
The cottage was added a few years ago and is spacious and bright, with three spacious en suite bedrooms and a fresh, slightly funky decor. All bedrooms in the estate have TVs.
There is always plenty to do on this side of the island, whether it's lounging by the pool with a refreshing drink or indulging in water sports or beachfront restaurants by boat, with the property's speedboat and boatman at your disposal for 1 free hour per day. Excellent swimming and snorkeling can be found in front of the villa, and long beach walks to Fairmont Pavilion are a must-try while watching the spectacular Caribbean sunset. Tennis, golf, and shopping are also close to the property.
The Lone Star Beachfront restaurant is just one of the many fine eateries nearby, serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week. Holetown, which offers the best high-end shopping, restaurants, and cafes, is only a few minutes' drive away.
On nights when you prefer to stay in, an alfresco dining experience in the gazebo located in the gardens between the house and the beach is highly recommended. The dedicated staff are committed to making your holiday a memorable one, and they take great pride in their work.
