The residential area of the villa extends over 2 floors and occupies 200 square meters, while the total plot is 1300 square meters. The ground floor of the villa features a large living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, two of the double bed bedrooms are on the ground floor and two bedrooms are on the upper floor. One of the bedrooms on the upper floor features a double bed and terrace. The other bedroom has two single beds. The accent of this villa is in spending time outdoors. Thus, here you will find the wonderful outdoor dining room with a barbecue. Moreover, by the pool, there is a sun deck with sun loungers. Here you will also find a playground for children. The whole property is walled so the children can play around safely. Pool heating is available with surcharge. Pets are allowed on request and with surcharge. The pool is seasonal and is open from 1.5. until 1.11. In a very short distance to the villa, you will find a grocery store with basic daily supplies on offer. The next bigger village is Marcana, which is 6 km away. The city of Pula is a 30-minute drive away. This part of Istria offers tranquility and enjoyment in nature. Besides, there are plenty of options for active holidays, including hiking, horseback riding, cycling, and numerous watersports. Having a car while staying in this fine villa with a pool is recommendable because it is remote from public transportation.
