Spanning 650 m² across three levels, this artistic haven unfolds its charm:
On the ground floor, a 50m² living room with an open fireplace opens onto the terrace, a Rotisserie with a 17m² open fireplace and equipment for culinary escapades, and an 80m² living room with a bar and a library lounge, all facing the enchanting Alpilles. A troglodyte dining room, a professional kitchen, and a spacious suite with a south-facing lounge complete the ground floor allure.
The first level boasts suites that open onto private terraces, offering panoramic views of gardens and the pool. The second level, a haven for the younger ones, houses an attic suite and a well-being lounge, a former dovecote adorned with a Bose sound system and a massage sanctuary tucked away at the top of a stone staircase.
The Bergerie, a charming annex, sprawls across 66m² on two levels, offering a comfortable lounge, bedrooms with flexible configurations, and shared spaces for camaraderie or solitude. Outdoors, the estate unfolds along the historic Aurelian Way, a Roman road, with olive trees, pines, and centuries-old oaks whispering tales of authenticity. Wander through secret spots, aromatic herb squares, and flowered groves, where plants cascade from ancient stone walls. Land Art installations strategically dot the landscape, offering a visual feast leading to the mesmerizing Alpilles.

Suite 28m². Queen-size bed with its bathroom (walk-in shower and bath, large basin & toilet) and dressing room. It opens onto a large private terrace of 35m² overlooking the gardens and the pool.
Bedroom 2:
Suite 20m².King-size bed with its bathroom (walk-in shower & bath, large basin & toilet). It has an exceptional view of the Alpilles.
Bedroom 3:
Suite 23m². King-size bed convertible into twin beds with its bathroom (walk-in shower, large basin & separate toilet). Private terrace with a view of the scrubland.
