The house can accommodate up to 14 guests in its 6 bedrooms. 3 of the bedrooms have a king-sized bed, 2 of them single beds, and 1 has a double bed. All the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom (2 of them share a bathroom).

This traditionally built holiday home has lots to offer for parents, friends, or children. The house has a Pool (8x4M) and a small pool for children (2,5x0,35M), a sauna, jacuzzi, and a fitness center. If you get bored you have table tennis, table soccer, billiard, darts, badminton, and a trampoline at your disposal so you will definitely find something that you like to do. Outside, you have a summer kitchen with a dining area and a Gas and Wooden BBQ, perfect for spending evenings with your loved ones. Smaller pets are allowed, bigger ones on request. The villa has 5 parking places (2 are covered and 3 are open). Breakfast service is possible with a surcharge. Close to the villa, you can go horse riding, biking, and fishing. The beach is 30 kilometers away, cafés 2 kilometers, restaurants 5, and shops/bakery are 3 kilometers away. Visit Istria and spend an unforgettable holiday in this charming and unique villa.
