Welcome to our newest luxury villa in Anguila. Situated right on the beachfront, at Sandy Point. You'll be captivated by the breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and mountains. Just a quick one minute stroll along a footpath will take you to the beach, where you can enjoy swimming and snorkeling.

This magnificent luxury villa boasts four bedrooms. Offers views from every angle. The spacious living area includes an equipped kitchen that overlooks the ocean so you won't miss out on any of the action while whipping up meals.

The expansive deck is absolutely delightful. Provides the spot to bask in the sun. It features a Jacuzzi and an impressive 900 square foot infinity pool. Surrounding the pool are lounge chairs and cozy basket chairs—ideal for unwinding while sipping on a cocktail.

Guests absolutely adore our built in barbecue area, which allows for delightful al fresco dining on Caribbean evenings. There's nothing like having a talented chef prepare some mouthwatering BBQ dishes as everyone gathers around the seating area engaging in lively conversations while taking in the mesmerizing view.

Inside there's plenty of seating for relaxation and socializing. Additionally we have an inviting covered seating area that provides plenty of space for entertaining friends and spending quality time with loved ones.
The villa also features a dining area indoors. There is a media room that can be converted into an additional bedroom upon request.

This villa is designed with the importance of fitness during vacations in mind so we provide guests with an air conditioned gym equipped with a treadmill, elliptical trainer, Pilates equipment and a yoga mat, with accompanying yoga DVDs.

Boasting four bedrooms that're perfect for either three couples or two couples with children. Three of the bedrooms have King size beds while the fourth bedroom has two full size beds. Additionally one of the bedrooms is located in a building allowing for privacy.

For tennis enthusiasts the Anguilla Tennis Academy is a drive away from the property. Moreover this luxury villa is conveniently situated near some of the restaurants on the End of the island.
