Perched into the green hills of the charming Istrian village, this wonderful holiday villa spreads on a large estate of 2.000 m2. It offers peace and tranquility enhanced by exquisite panoramic views of surrounding forests. Moreover, it abounds in outdoor areas including a large swimming pool, sun deck, outside kitchen, and garden. It is a great choice for hosting a private party or a smaller celebration.

This villa has 5 bedrooms in total and each of them has a private bathroom. All rooms have king-size beds (>180 cm). With the notification before arrival, is possible to separate each of the beds into 2 single beds. The main kitchen is located on the ground floor and it is equipped with everything for professional cooking and home cooking.

This villa is part of a three-villa-complex where each property is completely private. Shared facilities include golf pitching and a separate fitness house with a sauna and gym equipment. The position in central Istria allows you to easily explore the Istrian coast, its western, eastern, or southern part.

We recommend not missing the visit to the wonderful Cape Kamenjak at the very south tip of the Istrian Peninsula. Younger groups and parties are not allowed.
