This stunning luxury villa rental is situated on a 6-hectare property and consists of two identical structures, Trullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi, that can house up to 25 guests. This is the perfect holiday villa for large groups of friends or families seeking a unique place to stay with plenty of privacy.

Both Trullo delle Dame and Trullo dei Pumi can be rented jointly or separately, providing ample space for guests to live exclusively. The two structures come with identical amenities, including a heated swimming pool, a solarium area, a large outdoor living area, and an exclusive BBQ area.

Guests can also enjoy the common padel court, gym area, children's play area, massage area, and organic vegetable garden. The internal surface of the villa is 315 sqm, and the external area, which includes a solarium area, gazebos, and lawn, covers 1500 sqm.

The entire structure is equipped with underfloor heating and air conditioning, as well as Wi-Fi service. The central area of the villa includes a master room of approximately 41 sqm with an internal bathtub, walk-in closet, an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a smart TV. Additionally, there is a double bedroom of approximately 21 sqm with built-in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with external access, approximately 20 sqm, with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathroom with shower, and a smart TV. There is also a guest bathroom and laundry room with a washing/dryer machine and sink.

The living area is about 60 sqm, and it is a bright space with large windows, a smart TV, a sofa area, and a dining table. The kitchen area covers approximately 21 sqm and includes an induction cooking corner, an American fridge with an ice maker, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee station, and a counter with high seats.

The villa also has three outbuildings: two adjacent cones, known as Trullini, located on the right side of the central area of the structure. The first Trullo has a double bedroom of approximately 25 sqm with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and a smart TV. The second Trullo has a double bedroom of approximately 25 sqm with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and a smart TV. The third outbuilding is located in the pool area, on the basement level, and includes a double bedroom of approximately 22 sqm with a built-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with shower and double sink.

The outdoor area of this luxury villa is equally impressive, with a heated swimming pool with a salt system that features a "shore" area on both sides with deck chairs positioned in the waterfall. The piped music system throughout the external solarium area surrounding the swimming pool adds a touch of luxury. The external perimeter living area is furnished with a large outdoor sofa and dining table, and there is a perimeter solarium area to the pool, which is equipped with a cover and furnished with sunbeds.

The villa also boasts two circular stone gazebos. The first is an outdoor living area with a circular dining table that seats up to 17 people, a wood oven, a BBQ, and a wash basin. The second is a relaxing area with large stone seats covered with cushions, a toilet, and a shower.

There are around 40 kilometers of coastline known as the Trulli Riviera, alternating between dunes and Mediterranean scrub, sandy bays, and rocks. Some locations: Torre Canne, with its sandy beaches and spring water lakes that feed the local spa; Pilone, where Ostuni’s elegant beaches begin; Savelletri, a fishing village dotted with delightful restaurants where you can sample freshly caught urchins and other wonders of the sea. An hour’s drive away is the fascinating city of Bari, with its old town rich in history and folklore, and Lecce, the “Lady of Baroque”, adorned with spires, portals, and churches embroidered like lace, bathed in a surreal white light that shapes everything.

LOCATION DETAILS
Trullo delle Dame is located on the outskirts of the town of Cisternino, which is part of the renowned Valle d’Itria region of Apulia. The region is known for its rolling countryside covered in vineyards and olive groves, its picturesque towns, and – most famously – its conical-roofed Trulli.

The nearby towns of Ostuni and Alberobello are not to be missed. Ostuni is famed for its beautiful whitewashed old town and its 15th-century cathedral, whilst Alberobello is a picture-postcard town with over 1500 trulli lining its narrow pedestrianized streets.

The coastline known as the Riviera dei Trulli is around 20 minutes away, offering guests the chance to enjoy sandy beaches and quaint fishing villages.
