This centuries-old Tuscan villa sits amidst the rolling countryside and woodlands, offering breathtaking views of Val d’Orcia. Perfect for exploring Tuscany's countryside and towns, this traditional stone home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests, making it ideal for large families or groups of friends. Built with local Radicofani stone, the villa has been extensively renovated to blend modern comforts with its historic charm. Original features and materials have been preserved, complemented by contemporary interior design, high-quality furnishings, antiques, and artworks collected from around the world, creating a unique and welcoming atmosphere.

As you enter the house on the ground floor, you are greeted by an incredible staircase that weaves through the home like a vast sculpture. The ground floor features a spacious living room with sofas, armchairs, a fireplace, and a TV with Sky channels. The dining room, with its scenic mural and wooden-beamed ceiling, provides an atmospheric setting for meals. The country-style kitchen is equipped with everything needed for preparing snacks or full meals. Additionally, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, including both a shower and a bathtub, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

The first floor boasts another living room with a sofa and TV, along with two more bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and a shower, while the other bedroom features a double bed and an additional single bed, making it suitable for those with a child, and also has an en-suite shower room. The second floor offers a further living room and two bedrooms: one double and one with two twin beds.

Outdoors, the villa's 10-hectare garden provides ample space for relaxation and creating memories with friends and family. The garden offers stunning views over Val d’Orcia, and you can enjoy al fresco dining under the covered pergola or take a dip in the private swimming pool. The center of the village of Radicofani is just a short stroll away, offering a charming medieval atmosphere with stone homes, shops, and restaurants, perfect for a serene morning coffee.

In addition to Radicofani, you can explore nearby villages such as Sarteano and San Casciano Dei Bagni, both 18km away. For a day trip, visit Lake Trasimeno, 47km away, for lazy beach days and boat trips, or drive to the enchanting city of Siena, a real highlight of any Tuscan holiday, located 73km from the villa.

Whether you would like to go on a gentle circular walk around the town or would prefer to hike or cycle along a lengthy route, this is a great setting for getting out in nature. This area is also renowned for its wine which you can sample on tours of vineyards such as Tenuta del Trinoro which is 14km away. In close proximity, you can also gaze at the night’s sky at the local observatory or hire bikes, there is lots to see and do here. Security deposit? €1500 charged to client's credit card as a pre-authorisation at least 2 weeks prior to arrival and refunded two weeks after departure, subject to full inspection. Arrival time?
