This villa is an impeccable villa located in Spain's Costa del Sol region, full of beautiful landscapes, lush beaches, delicious food, and warm residents. Close to this gorgeous villa is the unique village of Frigiliana, one of Spain's pueblos blancos, or 'white villages', famous for their whitewashed houses, red-tiled roofs, and charming alleyways for visitors to explore. During the end of August, this village holds the fantastic 'Festival of Three Cultures', a 4-day event that honours the region's historical co-existence of Christian, Muslim, and Jewish traditions. Take a tour around the village, enjoy the delicious tapas and wine, and revel in the festivities! For a more relaxing day out, head on down to the town of Nerja and soak up the sun on the gorgeous Burriana beach. Nerja is known for its excellent nightlife and boasts impressive caves where visitors can take a tour; if you are visiting in the summer months, you can even enjoy live music held in the outdoor auditorium as part of the Nerja Caves Music Festival!

If you are looking to explore the local history of this area, Atarazanas Market is a perfect way to do so. This bustling market can be found just over an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol. The market is held in an awe-inspiring iron and glass building, sporting a very large stained-glass window at the very top of the exterior. Inside, the market is teeming with local merchants, all of which offer a diverse range of native produce. This market focuses a lot on local food options, making this an ideal tourist attraction for budding foodies. Costa del Sol is also known for its enchanting landscapes, capturing the hearts and minds of many. The El Torcal Natural Park is a hidden gem within the larger parts of Malaga, making it suitable for guests who are looking to find the true heart of this delightful region. As you enter the park, you will be blown away but the various mountains that lie ahead. These mountains also host a variety of trails for guests to follow in order to explore the structures in more depth. At the very top of these mountains is a large spread of land that is home to various rare plants and a selection of unique oak trees.

El Torcal Natural Park is just over an hour away from the centre of Costa del Sol. Wineries are very popular within the region of Costa del Sol and allow tourists to gain more insight into the mystical world of European winemaking. The Dona Felisa Winery is just over 1 hour and 15 minutes away from the centre of Costa del Sol and provides a wide range of immersive tours. During their wine tasting tour, guests will have the chance to taste three exceptional wines as well as a selection of authentic tapas. These tours occur from Monday to Sunday and last for around 30 minutes each. It should be mentioned that tickets cost €25 per person and guests should be aged 16 and over to take part.

A room refresh and linen/towel change can be arranged for guests, on request, and at a cost of €80 per bedroom. This is to be paid locally in cash to the villa manager.

Pool towels included? Yes, included in the rental price. End of stay cleaning included? Yes. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit. Internet access? Wi-Fi internet access included. Minimum stay? 7 nights from beginning-June to end-September. 4 nights during other periods. Changeover day? Flexible. Pets welcome? Not permitted.

Smoking Allowed? Smoking & Vaping are not permitted. Pool heating charge? For those who require pool heating, there will be an additional charge of €250 (to be paid to OT prior to travel). Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures. Tax? Tourist Tax included in the rental price. Insurance? Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay. Stag & Hen Do's Allowed ? Weddings, stag/hen parties and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges. Please note that any event rental may be subject to additional charges, venue hire fees and to a higher security deposit, which will be in addition to any published rental rates and fees.
