Palm Springs has always been a “go-to” destination and its culinary journey has evolved over the years along with its popularity. From its earlier days as a playground for the likes of Frank Sinatra and Bob Hope to its current day Coachella destination, Palm Springs has much to offers its residents and guests alike. Counter Reformation

Counter Reformation is a hidden gem in the Parker Palm Springs. A wine and tapas bar, it has already left its mark on the community, with some of the best food in town. Be sure to try the cheese plate, the beef charcuterie, and the hen of the woods. And, of course, lots and lots of wine.
Sandfish

Sandfish is the perfect spot for a light dinner before your big night out on the Palm Springs town. As a sushi and whiskey bar, it absolutely competes with anything in LA. The best seat is directly at the bar, where you can order directly from the sushi chefs. Try the scallop aguachile and don’t be shy with the extensive whiskey list.

Copley’s, because you can’t go wrong at a restaurant located on the grounds of Cary Grant’s estate. With impeccable mountain views, space is almost entirely outside in that ideal Palm Springs setting. If you’re looking to impress a date, this is the spot to do it. Also, they have some of the best steaks in town.
