LIVING SPACES 
Ground Floor: The traditional villa décor is exquisitely selected among the owner’s family heirlooms. Old and new are mixed in a remarkable way. The welcoming and elegant dining room offers a great space for entertaining and boasts a long table seating up to 12, and comfortable upholstered chairs, allowing for formal dinners to celebrate your gatherings. This room opens onto a panoramic terrace. A spacious living room with ample seating and a romantic fireplace is next to the dining room. The adjacent large breakfast room gives an intimate feel thanks to the warm wood paneling, red brick wall, and open-hearth fireplace. A contemporary kitchen serves the dining and the breakfast room, which the caring villa staff will use to prepare your breakfasts and dinners at the villa. A cozy sitting room with a TV, and a library with a fireplace are also located on this floor, perfect areas for when you want to enjoy some time to yourself. Two guest bathrooms complete this floor. 

First Floor: A spacious sitting room with stunning frescoed walls makes for a comfortable reading and relaxing spot. On this floor also a reading room which could be the gathering place for a quiet conversation in front of a nightcap.

OUTDOOR FEATURES 
The meticulously landscaped estate welcomes you with an enchanting pathway flanked by roses, decorative bushes, cypress trees and scented flowers which populate the gardens. On one side of the villa is located a private infinity-edge swimming pool (15mx6m) and its smooth stone deck featuring elegant loungers and shades. In front of the villa is the panoramic terrace, the ideal place to enjoy the view while dining al fresco.
