The pedestrian-friendly Taormina boasts a picturesque position, suspended on a cliff 200 meters above the sea, overlooking one of the most beautiful coastlines of the east part of Sicily, including the majestic Mount Etna.

The villa’s manicured garden boasts an immense sundeck with loungers and shades sided by a large swimming pool from where you can enjoy a stunning view of the sea and the coast below. Here is also a convenient BBQ area, ideal for the grilling connoisseurs out there, serving the furnished dining area situated in the adjacent covered patio. Enjoy dining outdoors with your guests under the warm sun. A large Jacuzzi for up to six people is set on one side of the garden, which can be heated for an extra, as well as some gym equipment. Private parking for one car as well as off-street parking is available for your convenience.

The spacious and bright living room features a beautiful wood-burning fireplace sided by comfortable white sofas and a large TV. The tiles decorating the mantel are works of local artists, as well as wall art. This only adds to the beauty and rustic Italian style of the home. An adjacent dining room with a table for 6 is served by a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen. A full bathroom completes this floor.

All the rooms in the main villa open to the patio and face the magnificent view of the Mazzarò bay below. It is located close to Taormina center which is reachable on foot by 210 roman steps – a 15-minute walk – where you can stroll among shops, restaurants, and cafés, and enjoy a lively nightlife (yet your restful sleep is assured). The villa is also stepping away from the cable car to the public beaches located on the coast below.
