An stunning home, the villa was named for the Roman God "Janus" who was the God of entrances, doors as well as endings. Janus was represented by a double faced head with each looking in an opposing direction. Aptly named, the villa features extraordinary views both east and west so that both sunrises and sunsets are spectacular.
Janus is built in the classic colonial plantation style and superbly decorated with understated elegance. The open living plan provides a seamless transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The interiors feature rich dark wood floors and are accented by wood accents and beautiful examples of handcrafted Jamaican wooden sculptures.
Lush grounds with lawns and colorful tropical gardens surround the villa. From the generous verandah facing the front yard, breathtaking sunsets may be savored amidst the soothing coos of the dove aviary.
The 4,677 square foot main villa provides exceptional views as well as the four guest suites, a central living are and spacious outdoor and living and dining areas. The interiors are spacious and chic and boast many objects d art.
The main villa is equipped with high-speed wi-fi and state-of-the-art home entertainment systems throughout, including Apple TV, surround sound and flat screen televisions. An extensive library and DVD collection provides added entertainment options.
Each of the villa's four air-conditioned guest suites have a private bath, lounge area and either king or queen sized beds. The master bedroom has an adjoining sitting area and the lower bedroom opens onto a secluded terrace.
Located just below the main villa is the ,1200 square foot Tennis House. The Tennis House has a living room, entertainment center, full kitchen and a shaded patio that overlooks the private tennis court. Guests will certainly enjoy the various game tables, Foosball and darts. For further enjoyment, there is bocci ball on the lawn.
The pool pavilion and 51' x 19' heated, private pool are located just a few steps below the raised living areas. Bricks line the patio and coral paves the steps and pathways around the property.

This room is located on the opposite wing beyond the Great Room. The hall door opens to the Great Room, both verandahs and a stairway which leads to the lower level and bedroom 4.
