Villa Di Fiore' is truly a lovely villa with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, air-conditioned throughout, swimming pool, and all the elements of comfort needed, at only 5 minutes from beaches (by car), this villa is an idyllic place with a beautiful sea view; it will definitely ensure you to spend an unforgettable holiday in the south of Corsica. The living room is furnished in the same spirit of contemporary comfort as the rest of the house. In the living room, there is a Hifii system and a flat screen TV with numerous channels. The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators, one of them with an icemaker, 2 dishwashers, a large oven, a ceramic hob, a microwave, an automatic espresso machine, and a Nespresso machine. The kitchen is often the central room of a summer house, there, it is ideally located next to the covered terrace and the inside dining room. 12 guests can easily stay in the house which has 6 spacious bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom. The sundeck is furnished with extremely comfortable garden furniture and the big summer living room is perfect to relax while watching the boats in the bay. The swimming pool is accessible through the garden and the sundeck and is surrounded by a wall on the west and southwest side so that it can be enjoyed without any "vis-a-vis". The wall also protects the swimming pool from the west wind, thus the water temperature stays nice most of the year. The combination of falling water and light make it a decorative element and animation even when not in use. Adapted furniture and a removable barrier ensure safety. The garden is extremely well-kept and has kept its natural aspect, the scent of the "maquis" is omnipresent, and the vegetation contributes to keep the house intimate. Be aware: 2 weeks are a minimum rental period in high season.
