The front entry welcomes guests into an inviting living space with a dining room table that will seat 6, a sectional sofa surrounding a wood fireplace and entertainment system, a fully equipped kitchen, 2nd seating area and half bath for guest convenience. To the west of the unit is a sliding glass door which provides lots of light and allows for easy access to the outdoor deck where guests will enjoy the sights and sounds of the river nearby. Upstairs are three guest rooms each with full private baths. The master has a king bed and balcony with river views and the additional guest rooms have queen and twin beds. There is also a laundry/mud room with storage space, high speed Internet, summer use of a private pool and year round hot tub. And if you need more room unit 13 (three bedroom) is right next door with a connecting door. To help maintain the property, no smoking or pets are allowed.
