It's walking distance to the best dining and shopping in Ketchum and a short drive to the lifts for skiing. The living room with gas fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, and dining room with seating for eight make it the perfect space for entertaining. During the summer you can enjoy the beautiful flower baskets on the decks or relax in the hot tub year round on the bottom deck while you listen to Trail Creek below you. Every floor of this 3 story house features a spacious bedroom, each with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has a bunk bed that has a queen bed on the bottom and an XL twin on top. Outside this bedroom is the hot tub. There is also a media room with a large flat-screen TV, DVD, and stereo. There is Sonos in the living, kitchen, dining room area, and master bedroom. Also included is a private garage for mid-size or smaller vehicles (large SUVs and vehicles with storage containers on the roof will not fit), and full laundry, Once you stay here, you may never want to leave. Please note: there is also a community hot tub available for guest use.
