Pacifica Vista al Mar is a 4,200 sq ft luxury home located on the west coast of central Costa Rica, five minutes by car to the Pacific Ocean and tropical beaches of Dominicalito Bay. This tropical paradise is located in a small, private, secure, gated community and is nestled into the mountainside 350 feet above the ocean. From several locations in the villa you will enjoy breathtaking, front row views of the jungle canopy, mountains and ocean including absolutely incredible sunsets. The property is located near a biological corridor where wildlife such as the Tapir can safely pass. The colorful and boisterous Tucan is a common occurrence, along with a wide variety of other tropical birds. Troops of white-faced Capuchin monkeys, often with babies, will swing through the trees near the Villa.
Upon arrival at the property, you will be welcomed by a well-appointed front drive and entry-way surrounded by an incredible variety of local flora, fauna and a Koi fish pond.
Once entering the Villa, you will find yourself in large living area only steps from the incredible infinity pool and poolside patio. You can relax in the Jacuzzi, swim in the infinity pool or entertain at the swim-up pool bar with in-pool stools. Prepare dinner in the outdoor kitchen and dine on the expansive front deck at sunset.
A winding walkway will take you on a tour of the property where you will find a wide variety of native trees including banana, papaya and coconut. You will also find a greenhouse with a wider variety of local vegetables and fruits that you can pick and give to your chef for your evening meal.
In the well-appointed kitchen/dining area, an expansive dining table will accommodate eight guests as well as three additional stools at the kitchen prep area for the children. There are a total of five bedrooms. On the main floor, one air-conditioned master en-suite bedroom with pool and ocean view, two air-conditioned bedrooms with garden view and bathrooms. On the 2nd floor, another air-conditioned master en-suite bedroom with pool, and ocean view from the balcony. Adjacent to this master bedroom is a large sitting area with queen size bed with ocean view, ideal for a child or teen. We recently added a spacious, air conditioned game room, well equipped bar, foosball table, games, and a treadmill. Just a few steps away, an outdoor gym with jungle view is available for a morning workout.
The Villa offers luxury and comfort alongside the laid back, peace and quiet of the Costa Rican lifestyle. Pura vida!! The Villa is decorated with local colors, art and decor that perfectly suit the nature of the home. As far as the necessities, the Villa is also equipped with satellite tv and fiber optic internet plus 8 extenders. The property manager and concierge are available 24/7 to assist you with arranging a private driver service, a local chef, a massage therapist or Spanish language lessons. We also recommend the service of our local activity coordinator to assure a full Costa Rican experience. Housekeeping is available upon request at extra cost.
