Three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms are located in the main residence and an attached bungalow with poolside views offers a full bedroom and bath. The master suite has 2 sets of French doors leading to the pool and backyard. The two guest bedrooms in the main house are located on the opposite side of the home and face the front gardens. Garage parking is available, as is additional driveway parking within the privately gated estate. Street parking is available if needed for overflow with permission. The backyard offers an oversized sparkling swimming pool with spa and amazing views of the mountains. The perfectly manicured landscaping with palm tree views offers the full resort feel. A covered patio offers a pool table/ping pong combination table to add some friendly recreation to your stay. A patio table with seating for 8 with gas BBQ is readily available for use to cook up your favorite meals. Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $95 per day. This is highly recommended for the dates between October and May. Small pets are welcome at this home at an additional fee of $150 per stay. The home is located in the established and highly desired Movie Colony in Palm Springs and is only minutes from Downtown shopping and entertainment. The home is fully appointed with all linens, towels, dishes, fully stocked kitchen, utilities, cable tv, and high-speed internet. General supplies such as toilet tissue, paper towels and laundry detergent are also supplied. Each bathroom is appointed with hotel quality shampoo, body wash, conditioner, lotion and soaps.
