Mare Blu has six large bedroom/bathroom master suites, two located at pool level, three on the garden level and one in the pavilion above the grand veranda. All bedroom suites are beautifully furnished, air conditioned hideaways that take full advantage of their picturesque location. All the suites have flat screen televisions with cable. Bathrooms have double vanities, showers, and are tiled in grey granite from floor to ceiling. The Orange suite features an alfresco shower, Yellow a semi-alfresco shower and the Pink suite also offers a bathtub.
All of the villa's living space is on the main level of the main pavilion. The sunny Great Room, with two comfortable seating areas, provides a 55 inch HED, LCD, HDTV with cable, DVD player, movies, games and game table. A powder room, travertine marble from top to bottom, is conveniently located around the corner. Adjacent, the gourmet kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even by the most discerning of gourmet cooks. It is well stocked with a large variety of glassware, stemware, dinnerware and cookware. The kitchen is decorated in rich colors of the Caribbean with custom cabinetry of exotic African makori burl wood, a wall of colored glass tiles. It has a large island with stainless steel prep sink and a screened pass through window which communicates with the outdoor living space. The kitchen is equipped to feed the masses with its top of the line stainless steel appliances, including a three door refrigerator/freezer, standard oven, microwave/convection oven and two dishwashers. Sliding glass pocket doors lead from Mare Blu's indoor kitchen to its outdoor kitchen.
The outdoor kitchen provides easy service to the alfresco dining room and includes a professional gas grill, second oven, icemaker and generous countertop space. The dining room joins the covered outdoor living room resulting in one expansive outdoor living space with awesome ocean views every which way you turn. With an abundance of outdoor seating and lounging furniture this space is the true heart of the villa. Guests spend much of their time in the shade of the veranda enjoying the warm sea breeze and reading, listening to music, enjoying cocktails and conversation while taking in the beauty of the seascape.
The covered veranda flows directly into the sundeck and the infinity edge pool, surrounded by chaise lounges. In the poolside lounge there is an inviting pair of Dedon swivel chairs - built for two or three. The lounge contains a flat screen television with cable and DVD player. The 55 in flat screen can be viewed while afloat in the 48' pool. The thoughtfully designed lounge also includes refrigerator drawers for drinks and snacks, a closet filled with floats and pool toys, a powder room for convenience. Just next door, in the laundry room, guests will find a large stock of fresh beach towels. From one end of this amazing outdoor space to the other, the ocean views are framed with color and texture by a garden of tropical plants. Large pots overflowing with native plants punctuate the veranda with cascading color.
