The dining room is very pleasant with an oval dining table and wooden chairs (sitting 8). The kitchen, living room and dining room are thus arranged that it gives a spacious atmosphere. It's really easy to circulate in the house even when it's full. By the garage there is a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A first double bedroom (20 sqm) with private en-suite bathroom is on this floor.
On the first floor there are three other bedrooms: a double one (19 sqm), and two arranged with three single beds (each of 18 sqm). All have en-suite bathrooms. Each room has been decorated in a different tone of colours, one is blue, one is red, and the last one is in the yellow tones.
In front of the house there is a shaded terrace of 40 sqm with a summer kitchen arranged with a fireplace that can be used has a BBQ and a dining table made of oak wood with two benches. It's delightful to stay in the outside living in one of its 6 armchairs.
During the night time, guest can turn on the lights outside to enjoy the Provencal climate till the end of the day. The heated swimming pool is on the left of the house. Secured by a pool alarm system, the pool can also be fenced with a net on request. All around the pool there is a nice terrace of 100 sqm with 2 sunshades made of bamboos and 12 deckchairs. There is a garage for one car and a parking area. The automatic watering keeps the garden green.
