With contemporary rustic décor, comfortable furnishing, and scenic outdoor views from the patio, this condo is the perfect base from which to explore Sun Valley. The master bedroom has a queen bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has two twins, and for extra sleeping room there are twin bunks in the hallway alcove which share a bathroom. There is a powder room. The condo is also equipped with 2 TVs, a stereo, high-speed internet, gas grill, wood burning fireplace, and a very pleasant patio area. There is a summer use pool in this complex plus year-round access to a hot tub. There is not a washer or dryer in the condo, however, a shared washer and dryer room are available for use in the complex. To maintain the integrity of this property, we are not able to allow smoking or pets. Please be advised this home does not have air conditioning. Pool availability: The pool will close for the summer/early fall the third week in October and remain closed until the week before Christmas. The pool will close a day after the mountain closes and will re-open in Mid-June (depending on weather and owner-occupancy). Pool hours during the winter are from 3 pm- 10 pm
