The Villa is situated on nearly two acres and is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and with a semi-private beach. The landscaping has been developed to create total privacy from the street and neighboring Villas. Sea Horse Ranch is recognized as the most secure community on the North Coast of the Dominican Republic. Each bedroom is equipped with it's own safe for the stowing away of valuables. Complejo de Playa includes four large suites with en suite baths. One of the master suites includes a king size bed and two single day beds. The second master suite includes a king size bed and a separate nursery with two single beds. Both comfortably accommodate four guests. One of the junior suites can be configured for four singles or for one king size bed and two singles. The second junior suite is equipped with a king size bed. Complejo de Playa comes equipped with high speed internet service, cable TV service and our BOSE surround sound system. Fully equipped with an ocean view, the Complejo de Playa kitchen is designed to satisfy the most discriminating chef. Whether you choose our "Fully Staffed" or "Partially Staffed" rental offering, you will not be disappointed with the kitchen at Complejo de Playa. Our "Fully Staffed" rental offering includes a Tropical Continental Breakfast "set-up" as well as dinner service each night of your stay. We do not offer lunch service, however lunch is offered at the Sea Horse Ranch Beach Club (delivery available) and we encourage you to visit many other fine local dining establishments.
