Located in The Chilali, a high-design condo complex in downtown Ketchum, this stylish 3-bedroom condo lies less than a mile from the slopes at River Run Lodge and within walking distance of the Ketchum city center. With more than 2,400 square feet of living space across two levels, Chilali #22 opens on the third and top floor to a sweeping great room with double-height ceilings, an impressive stone-brick fireplace, and picture windows overlooking a spacious private deck. A full-length leather sofa and matching armchair, both accented with fur throw pillows, frame a chic glass coffee table that faces a large, flat-screen TV. Wooden slat accent chairs and nature-inspired artwork add to the room’s lodge atmosphere. The open living room flows seamlessly into a formal 6-seat dining area and gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Three stools at the breakfast bar allow this home to comfortably seat 9 guests for dinner. This floor also features a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed, wicker-style armchair and en-suite bath. The lower level features the master suite and third bedroom for maximum privacy. The master, styled in elegant decor with hardwood furniture and lush plants, features a king-sized bed, roomy reading chair with fur accent pillow, en-suite bath with dual sinks and jetted tub, and a walk-in closet. The third bedroom, styled in soft pastels, has a queen-sized bed, reading desk with cozy ottoman chair and picture windows. A full bath is located just outside the room in the hallway. This floor also features a private washer and dryer. Just above the main level, a community rooftop invites guests to unwind after a day on the slopes with a charming picnic area, BBQ grill and outdoor fireplace. Two oversized hot tubs overlook Mount Baldy. As a guest of Chilali, you’ll also enjoy a state-of-the-art gym and sauna, and a reserved parking space (#22) in the underground garage with elevator access to your condo floor.
