The recent restoration has created a welcoming but at the same time refined environment, respecting the original design. The ground floor has two comfortable rooms for 4 people both with private bathroom. The living room, thanks to the large windows of the patio, is very bright and offers direct access to the garden. An impressive wooden staircase leads to the first floor with living room and three bedrooms: two deluxe rooms and a junior suite, both with private marble bathrooms. The master bedroom is characterized by a very particular walking shower, which connects the sleeping area to the bathroom. The two floors of the residence are connected by a majestic library designed by local artisans while on the ground floor a greenhouse of over 40sqm opens onto the private garden and some oak trees part of a unique collection in Italy. Guests can also enjoy a private Infinity Pool of 100sqm flanked by a 19sqm hot tub with a large solarium from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills. It is possible to have all meals in the nearby restaurant of the resort or book the service of private chef, if desired, or use the perfectly equipped kitchen on the ground floor.
